This service fee goes towards your deposit and includes a 30-minute initial consultation with a 30-minute follow-up to discuss your options. VCE will then send three quotes with full details directly to your email. You can then compare your options, click a link to schedule your follow-up appointment, and then we’ll get those plans finalized so you can be on your way! For example, say you’re thinking about an all-inclusive trip to the United Kingdom, but you’re not sure where and how you want to go. VCE can provide you with a look at CIE Tours for England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland. Or maybe you’re thinking of a European river cruise, exploring the wonders of a new city each day? Or maybe you want to take off with an Adventures by Disney vacation – guaranteeing you all the beauty of Europe and the excellent service that Disney is known for (but without the Mouse).” VCE will gladly work with you to provide you with as many details as possible within those three quotes to ensure you feel comfortable about your options. The possibilities are endless. * This fee only applies to new clients!! Fees* are attached to each service. Your request to book this appointment will be confirmed by VCE once you've processed your order through the Services Shop and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have urgent/time-sensitive needs, please contact VCE as soon as possible via 804-585-3143. Fees include a 1-hour appointment to discuss your travel wishes, plus the additional time to process and complete your requests. You will have VCE’s services for advice, problem-solving, and other needs related to your reservation. You will also receive additional email reminders based on the key dates and events that pertain to your specific vacation. This fee is in addition to the costs of your selected travel arrangements and covers the time required to detail your trip.
Cancelation Policy
There are no refunds on service fees from our Services Shop once service has begun. VCE’s fees cover the attention and average time spent helping each of our lovely clients.
