Consultation to transfer your current reservation to VCE to manage.

Do you already have a reservation but now you feel like you are in over your head? Or maybe you and your current travel professional didn't jive? In many cases, reservations can be transferred to a different agent. Send VCE a message on our "Contact" page and we will see if that is an option at no initial investment to you. The service charge only occurs when VCE officially takes over your trip. If VCE cannot take over your trip, then consider the "DIY-er Planning Advice" service. For more details, please review the "services" page on vintageexplorers.com Fees* are attached to each service. Your request to book this appointment will be confirmed by VCE once you've processed your order through the Services Shop and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have urgent/ time sensitive needs, please contact VCE as soon as possible via 804-585-3143. Fees include a 1-hour appointment to discuss your travel wishes, plus the additional time to process and complete your requests. You will have VCE’s services for advice, problem solving, and other needs related to your reservation. You will also receive additional email reminders based on the key dates and events that pertain to your specific vacation. This fee is in addition to the costs of your selected travel arrangements and covers the time required to detail your trip.
There are no refunds on service fees from our Services Shop once service has begun. VCE’s fees cover the attention and average time spent helping each of our lovely clients.
