We're traveling, sharing the Palance of Versaille, a little connection between the Palance and Thomas Jefferson's stoves.
"Once a year, go someplace you've never been before." Dalai Lama
We sure are going somewhere this month and gosh it has been a LONG-time coming! Keep an eye out on the YouTube channel for some familiar characters and sights as well as POV fun from Disney and Universal Studios!
Some interesting news!
It is wonderful to see people making plans to travel. Not all of us are eager to travel and even those of us that do are considering which method of transportation they prefer. We chose to drive down to Orlando. Packing whatever and everything we wish, including plenty of wipes and sanitizer, driving is a common way for people to escape at the moment. Please be mindful of your health and protect yourself where ever you go. Being a travel planner, I certainly want to travel and love to help others travel, but I also seek to protect my clients. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Now for some fun :)

I will be sharing some sites from the Palace of Versaille. It is as colorful, grand, and expansive as anyone can imagine. The intricate paintings, even the ceilings, the artifacts, and certainly the gardens are more than breathtaking.
In this explorer's opinion, the elegance and smaller size of the Marie Antoinette estate are much nicer than the palace propper. It is grand enough, but it is much quieter with beautiful, softer gardens that enticed me to feel free to wander with love. If you ever make the venture to France, visiting Versaille was an awe-inspiring site but I encourage you to hop on the tram and take the full day to visit the full estate.
A fun little tidbit. My mother took me to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello near the start of her career there. I first learned of his desire to bring the concept of stew stoves back to his own estate from her. Many years and three kids later, I took my second trip to the Palace of Versaille but my first visit to the surrounding sites within its property. The image below is from the Marie Antoinette Estate and when I saw this in person I was very excited to show my mom this picture. It is special to see what was only talked about and mentioned in a text now be physically right in front of my eyes.
If you would like to learn more about the subject of Thomas Jefferson visiting Versaille, stew stoves, and French Cuisine brought to Monticello, I encourage you to visit the following links:

Here is a fun site where you can see some of the restoration processes of the stew stoves. These sites are available to the public!
